Who am I ?Coach
I am deeply convinced that human development begins with a refined understanding of oneself and with the quality of the relationship we cultivate with our inner world. Over more than twenty years of experience in complex environments, I have seen how the loss of inner reference points can have a lasting impact on individuals—especially when their personal history has led them to conform, to remain silent, or to stay constantly alert in order to move forward, fit in, or be recognized.
With a scientific background, I have always sought to rely on rigorous and well-established approaches. My accompaniment draws on coaching tools, neuroscience, contemporary psychology, and the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. This approach helps to better understand the inner strategies that develop to protect oneself or maintain control in the face of uncertainty or rejection, and how these strategies—necessary at a certain point in life—can later restrict access to oneself and to one’s inner resources.
I see emotions as valuable sources of information. When they are contained or kept at a distance, they can create diffuse tension or a sense of inner disconnection; when they are welcomed within a sufficiently safe framework, they become points of support for greater understanding, stability, and conscious choice. My accompaniment invites you into a new pathway, where it becomes possible to transform reactions that are no longer serving you.
I accompany individuals who feel the need to recentre themselves and redefine a direction that feels more authentic to who they are. Some hold leadership positions, while others are engaged in a deep personal journey, often after years of functioning according to external expectations—sometimes at the expense of their needs, boundaries, or sense of identity.
My accompaniment is based on a progressive and personalized exploration of each person’s inner landscape. It aims to strengthen self-presence, discernment, and a more grounded freedom of action. My intention is clear: to support more conscious and aligned life trajectories, in which a calmer, more honest, and more vital relationship with oneself and with others can gradually be restored.
